米其林轮胎是世界轮胎三巨头之一，橡胶隔离剂是轮胎生产过程中必不可少的一种特种防粘剂，在汽车轮胎的硫化过程中，它能够有效防止胶片之间的粘连现象，确保生产流程的顺畅进行。此前，米其林公司采用离心法人工检测隔离剂的浓度，再将数据反馈给生产现场，人工调整粉料的添加量，费时费力，且数据不可溯源，为智能制造带来了极大阻碍。
MAYZUM公司针对米其林公司提供的样品，使用我司自主研发的全自动浓度数据建模系统（内置温度自动扫描功能），对米其林公司提供的隔离剂溶液样品进行自动化扫描以测定不同温度点在同一浓度下的密度值，通过大量的数据测试和整理，最终帮助用户实现了隔离剂投加量的全自动控制，切实保障生产工艺参数的准确性，确保自动化生产的数据源可靠稳定，为轮胎硫化生产线的智能化运作提供了实际保障。
