概 论:
1、适用于:生坯,超大浮力材料等产品,可采用水银当介质,也可以采用其它媒介液。
2、原理:根据根据GB/T241319662834ASTMC20/C134/C373/C329EN-725规范。依据阿基米得浮力法的原理,快速读取量测数值。
3、条件:由于水银的内聚力是所有液态中最大。不会渗入生胚磁性材料的孔隙内,不会瓦解是很好的媒介。但水银经医学家证实水银是有毒的液体,如吸入汞蒸气,都可引起汞中毒。请完善处理好排气系统
功能简介:
1、4.3寸全彩触屏操作,简化了繁琐的参数设置步骤,所见即所得,简单易懂。
2、一键读取生坯件的密度/体积值,操作简单明了,简单培训即可自行操作。
3、触屏快速设定水银等媒介液密度值,旋转下压将工件压入水银中,适用于不规则物品的密度检测。
4、自动温度补偿,一键补偿空气浮力和温度漂移所造成的误差,提高测试的准确性。
5、内置打印机,测量完毕之后,一键打印数据报告(报告含:公司名称、样品名称、测试人员、测试时间、测试结果;如下图)。
6、可选配May-wifiyc数据无线远传功能,车间测试完毕,实验室自动接收并生成数据报告、历史记录查询、导出、保存…等功能
