秒准(Mayzum)MAY-3070-H2O2 双氧水浓度在线浓度实时监控仪,通常采用管道安装的方式,安装在萃取塔和蒸馏塔的出口,在线检测H2O2水溶液浓度,并将浓度值远传到DCS、PLC、PC,帮助提高萃取效率和控制成品浓度,在H2O2生产行业有成熟而广泛的应用。测量H2O2浓度量程达到0-100%。

1、安装方式灵活(安装于管道、槽体、反应釜、储罐…)、体积小巧,安装方式多样化,可选卡箍/法兰/螺纹安装;
2、不受介质颜色、浊度、粘度、气泡、固体杂质、结晶体的影响,不受液体压力变化、流量突变、湍流现象影响;
3、出厂附带标定证书,内置温度补偿,即装即用,无需现场校准,也不需要定期校准;
4、用户自定义上下限报警,触屏输入,操作简单易懂,现场可接报警灯;
